Readers will remember that we did an article on John Place's CAV GT40 Mk I (Auto Futura), in the May '07 issue. He has many awesome machines in his multi-car garage, including a: Ford GT, Porsche Carrera GT, '69 Shelby GT500 Sportsroof, Ford Model A Roadster, Superformance Cobra, two Ferraris, a '60s vintage Mini Cooper, and various daily drivers. He also has a scale model gasoline powered operational flathead V-8 engine and a large collection of Die Cast automobiles, and various other automobilia artifacts. In short, his Dream Car Garage is sublime!

The question, "What's in your garage?," is a query that all automotive enthusiasts love to answer. They especially enjoy making a retort, if they have some sort of vehicle that's the business, you know, way fast, bad to the bone, and ready to rock.

The question, "What's in your garage?," is a query that all automotive enthusiasts love to answer. They especially enjoy making a retort, if they have some sort of vehicle that's the business, you know, way fast, bad to the bone, and ready to rock. Now, before you answer, be mindful of all the ground rules that I'll specify now. I get to make ground rules, since I'm the one posing the question. The two ground rules are: 1) The vehicle can be in progress or finished, and 2) The vehicle doesn't have to be a replica. In fact, the vehicle doesn't have to be a car. It can be a kit airplane. I want to know what cool vehicle or vehicles you have in your garage that are either in progress or finished. The challenge to all of KIT CAR's website visitors is to see how many posts I get with this blog. So, start writing, and feel free to post photos of your vehicles here. We look forward to hearing from you!
